I have no experience operating a bucket truck, are there instructions?

Yes, we have an Instructional Video as well as a Quick Reference Card. A QR Code to the video and a copy of the quick reference card can also be found in the truck.

What is the vertical (height) reach / working height?

The working height in the bucket is approximately 37 feet from the ground.

What is the horizontal reach of the truck?

We are getting this question a lot! The horizonal reach is approximately 21 ft. (from the centre of the truck). You can find a more detailed image here.

Does the rental come with safety equipment?

Yes, the truck comes with traffic cones, wheel chocks, safety fall protection and a fire extinguisher.

Is insurance included with the quoted rate?

Yes, $2 million Liability Insurance is included with the rental.

Can I extend my rental?

If the truck is available / not booked by another customer, you can easily extend the rental period daily or weekly.
